Subscribers on eligible plans may reference the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for specific uptime commitments and remedies. SLA credits, where applicable, constitute the sole remedy for downtime.

6.1 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled before the next renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel in time if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.

6.2 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard (Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription), or by contacting us via the support email available in your dashboard after login. We recommend requesting cancellation at least 7 days before your next renewal date to allow sufficient processing time.

6.3 Access During Current Cycle

Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing period, regardless of when you submitted the cancellation request. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing period.

6.4 Early Cancellation Refund

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 10 days of your initial payment by contacting us via the support email available in your dashboard after login. Refunds requested within this window are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6.5 Non-Refundable Renewals

All subscription renewal fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use the Service.

6.6 Failed Payments

If a payment method fails at renewal, our payment processor may retry the charge multiple times according to its own retry schedule. Continued failed attempts may result in automatic suspension or cancellation of your subscription without advance warning. You remain liable for any unpaid amounts if the renewal occurred as a result of your failure to cancel in time.
